You are renting the whole 3 bedroom 30’ x 30’ apartment at Broad Cove Marine. The space includes 3 water-view bedrooms, bath, a large living room with high speed internet, and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen. The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Seaside House/Upstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

Beautiful upstairs suite with private entrance. Queen bed offers views of Mt Battie. Living room with TV (dvd and cd player). Kitchenette includes sink, microwave, small fridge, and coffee pot. Coffee and light snacks available. Private bath with shower. Quiet and convenient location, close to town. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, and harbor. Short drive will bring you to Camden Hills State park for hiking and site seeing.

The Tiny House on Goose Cove is the perfect place from which to enjoy your visit to Acadia National Park. Set on three acres of shore front property, the house features spectacular views of Mount Desert Island. The entrance to the Park, and the shops and restaurants of Bar Harbor, are just 20-25 minutes away by car. And when you've had enough of the bustle and crowds, you can retreat to the peace and serenity of this beautiful property.
