"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access. Regretfully no kids under 12 or pets.

Relax in a magnificent residence affectionately called, "The Stone Castle." You have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

The Cottage: Luxurious Getaway!

Escape to luxury at this private cottage with indoor 17-ft swim/spa, sauna, and steam shower. Sleeps up to 10 with beds, air mattresses, and convertible furniture. Enjoy a fenced patio, fire pit, robes, slippers, face masks, Nespresso, and more. Perfect for a romantic getaway, group stay, or small event (max 15). Includes kitchen, lounge areas, smart tech, and walkable access to downtown Eudora. No pets. Quiet hours 10p–8a. Swim at your own risk. Property is not child-proof.
