Enjoy two public beaches, picnic areas, fishing pier, and boat ramp. Multipurpose walking trail around the lake and the Red Lick Mountain Bike Trails hub is located 2 miles from the cabin. Bring your swimsuits, fishing gear, kayaks, walking shoes, backpacks and bicycles. Beautiful waterfalls throughout the county. Dogs under 30lbs are welcome! BYOB (dry county)

Maverick’s Riverside Cabin at Serenity Campground

Riverside cabin is nestled in the trees of the Ozark Mountains at Serenity Campground Riverside. This spacious cabin is just a few feet from the banks of the White River. Come and enjoy the ATV and Hiking trials or enjoy taking a swim or float down the river when possible. Serenity Campground is a small family-owned Campground that is dedicated to customer service. We also rent Kayaks with shuttle service as well as ATV's. We have 2 other cabins for rent next to the river for larger gatherings.

Please note that there IS a low- water concrete slab crossing to get to Creek's End! Occasionally impassable when we get heavy rain. We cannot guarantee flowing river during very dry summers.

Roxy Ridge is a very unique cabin development that boast incredible National Forest and Lake Views within walking distance to Horsehead Lake and the newly developed Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center. Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom.
