Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Unique accommodation located directly on the beach

A rare opportunity to spend your holidays surrounded only by the sea, the mountains, and the peaceful atmosphere of relaxation. No shops, bars, and crowds around, but if you would like to enjoy a night out or shopping, the tourist village of Milina is only a 10-minute drive. Parking is possible in the village 100m from the house, or you can park on the road next to the front gate.

Amazing seaview loft in calm olive grove!

lovely antique furniture room on top of our cottage but totally independent with private terraces and amazing view from in and out to sea and 7 rows of mount othrys!its own kitchen and bathroom and garden shower! Also we r renovating bathroom and kitchen atm and part of the roof and our home entrance exterior which is your way up so new pics very soon!

There is a park and a playground really close to walk your dogs or for your kids to spend time. City center is a 10’ walking distance.
