With its spacious back yard with a large sized pool it offers plenty of space for outside fun. The interior offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with a master suite with its own batroom, two other decent sized bedrooms and a gust bath. It offers a drive way that can fit up to 4 full-size cars.

It is near to the Holms Reginal Hospital and Palm Bay Hospital. We are centrally located in the central business district of Palm and close to the Fred Poppe Regional Park.
