And if you’re planning on staying a little bit longer, you will feel right at home with amenities such as your own fully equipped kitchen and private laundry room. Beautiful, quiet, private & serene barn apartment (built in 2021) with country views of the Texas sunrise & sunset from the patio. Secure & Safe!! Located away from all the hotels! Farmhouse look/feel. Great WiFi, abundant driveway parking (oversized parking available) and a wraparound corner patio. Close to I-40 (3 miles), yet far enough away that it doesn't feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Less than 10 minutes from Amarillo where all the amenities of “city life” are available.

Cactus Patch Grain Bins

Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

Thoughtful attention paid to all details, to ensure the comfort and convenience of our guests. A city park, across the street, has tennis and pickleball courts, a kids playground and splash pad.
