Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Enjoy the unique experience that the location of this summer house offers you,just in front of the beach, relax on the large veranda with the sea view and swim in the clear Aegean Sea. The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. Περιβάλλεται από αυλή και ωραίο κήπο απ’ όπου ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει την ανατολή του ήλιου και του φεγγαριού μέσα από τη θάλασσα. Ιδανικό για 2 οικογένειες με παιδιά, ή παρέες φίλων. Τα δύο από τα 4 δωμάτια έχουν κουκέτες.

Villa Iren (1894) is the work of Ernst Ziller, a German architect, the main representative of neoclassicism in Greece. The location ensures a quiet stay and easy access to beaches , restaurants and markets. The ground floor of the house is available for accommodation and there is a parking space available on the street of the main entrance.We will be happy for you to witness this balance between nature and human tasteful intervention, spread over time.
