Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

A three floors stone house, renting the whole top floor and car park next to the entrance. Since this house is built on the cliff, top floor is at the road level. Traditional house providing plenty modern necessities. At the peaceful Upper Tyros village. The next little village is called Xiropigado with a s/m and restaurants on the beach and you can visit the closest popular tourist destination called Paralio Astros as well as the gorgeous beaches in the East side of Pelopponisos which is worth enoying along with the breathtaking views.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
