We are located about 400 meters from Paros Port and less than a minutes walk to the beautifyl sandy beach in Parikia where you can photograph some of the most spectacular sunsets in Greece. Αυτός ο αξιολάτρευτος χώρος διαμονής θα σας μαγέψει.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 1500 μέτρα απτό λιμάνι της Παροικιάς.Στο ίδιο σπίτι μένει και η οικοδέσποινα με το σκύλο της και τις γάτες στην αυλή.Ο χώρος είναι προσβάσιμος με τα πόδια σε 25 λεπτά απτό λιμάνι ή σε 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και έχει άπλετη θέα από παντού!!! Υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστοι χώροι όπως η κουζίνα,το καθιστικό και οι γύρω βεράντες!!! Υπάρχει τοπική συγκοινωνία που σας πηγαίνει στο κέντρο της πόλης!!!

Studios for 1 to 3 persons with built-in double and single beds. The Standard Sea View Studios are located one floor under the street/reception level and offer balcony with a view of the sea.
