En Patmo holiday apartment is conveniently located just a few steps away from the central square and the harbor of Skala. True to the Patmian architecture and style, with whitewashed walls, exposed stones and large windows, it offers one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with high ceiling and old wooden floor and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable interior spills out onto a shaded courtyard, a perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Two or three persons can be accommodated.

The mansion was built by wealthy merchants in the mid 1800's. It is close to the harbor of Skala, restaurants and dining, offers great views to the harbor and the monastery of St John. NOTE: you can rent this mansion along with the other house annexed to it, listed as Dimitris's Lux 1800's stone house.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας Πάτμου στην περιοχή Χοχλακάς.Αυτό που κάνει το σπίτι ξεχωριστό είναι η μπροστινή μεγάλη βεράντα με την υπέροχη-μοναδική θέα προς το λιμάνι και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα! Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει σκεπασμένη αυλή. Το σπίτι διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, στο σαλόνι υπάρχει ένα ακόμα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονό κρεβάτι.Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό.Υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης.

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
