The John Edwards House located in the McIntire district in downtown historic Salem is a full house rental perfect for families traveling together looking to explore Salem. This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a private secluded garden is in the perfect location to see all of the sights and not have to drive to anything! Only a block off of the downtown you can walk to all of the main attractions in Salem, or catch the T or Ferry into Boston for a day trip. Wedding parties and families love it!

Private Cozy Third Floor Space

This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

Minutes walk to Downtown Salem and train station. You will have full access to the entire house and a large backyard. Built around 1900, this granite foundation house is solid and sound. You will feel right at home here. Within a 8 minute easy walk, you can be anywhere in downtown Salem. 5 minute walk to the MBTA "T" station to Boston, Rockport, or Gloucester. Plenty of parking! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A few minutes walk to a multitude of great restaurants, shops, galleries, the witch house, ghost and witch tours, trolley tours, Salem ferry, Pickering wharf, Salem witch museum, witch dungeon museum and a few minutes drive to Salem Willows and the house of the seven gables. All three bedrooms that are on the second floor will have AC units from mid June till September.

Built for a painter in 1823, with sun-filled rooms, high ceilings, gleaming colonial pumpkin-pine floors; renovated for modern comfort with brand new systems. Large 1st-floor apartment in my two-family home. 5 min stroll to the center of town, witch museum, restaurants. King bed, Full bed, Queen sofa bed. Not suitable for infants or young children. Parking permit for one car only during October.

Up to 4 guests can stay with access to a beautiful backyard planted with different kinds of vegetables with 10 min walk to downtown Salem, MA, and 30 min drive to Boston, MA.
