Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the babbling sounds of the fountain and gardens sweeping around the house before descending to the river and Jetty. From the elevated veranda,enjoy river views with abundance of bird life. whilst eating breakfast or sipping wine, Security cameras cover car park and entry doors. The town centre is a 5 min walk.

Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle.

We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.
