Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

And when the day is done, stroll through the village for shopping and dining, head down into town, or head back to the cabin to relax in the hot tub, soaking in the views of the mountain under the stars. This clean, cozy home sits on a tree lined street in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s blocks to dining, grocery & downtown Sandpoint. 3.4 mi. to the Schweitzer shuttle (base of Schweitzer), 1/2 mi. to City Beach. We provide 5 bikes June-September. The kitchen has quality cookware and a gas stove for dining in. There is a Smart TV, games and a partially fenced back yard. We always use 100% cotton linens. In addition to standard cleaning, the home is aired out between each guest.
