CASA ESMERALDA is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from both the train station and the city centre, and only 10 minutes from the bus stop and Sant Sebastia Beach. BCN city is 45 min by train. This stylish 100 m² apartment is designed for comfort. It features one bedroom with a spacious 150×190 cm bed and includes two bathrooms—one with a bath and the other equipped with a modern Italian shower. Hemos transformado una vieja casa de pueblo en una vivienda espaciosa, cómoda y relajante perfecta para pequeños grupos de amigos y familias.

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.
