The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Periwinkle By The Beach

Please Note: All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter a minimum of 4 nights. Christmas break between 24th December and 31st January are a minimum of 3 night stay. This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony suitable for entertaining and offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach. Enjoy fishing, walking, or swimming.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Beach House is a modern, architect designed, luxury holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful ocean views from every room and views across the local wetlands. With only a 100 metre walk to a beautiful sandy beach, the Beach House is perfect for swimming, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.

The Cabin is a beautiful artisan building using local timbers and rustic decor. It’s comfortably set amongst 75 acres of farmland and bush. It is the spot to relax and rejuvenate. The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

Crendon Country Retreat

Welcome to Crendon Country Retreat. A luxury adult accomodation to enjoy as a base to explore the southwest region or just to take time off from a busy life and just chill in a comfortable and relaxing space. Enjoy drinks on the deck to take in the rural views and evening sunsets. At night, light up the fire pit and take in the night sky with a glass of wine in hand.
