Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

We are located in Mandrakia, a scenic village by the sea, in Milos. Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
