The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room provides abundant natural lighting. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.

A lovely bedroom and kitchenette with private bath.. A nice place inside for your bicycles in the attached converted garage / living space. (Separate from bedroom) . Light breakfast options include breakfast bar, oatmeal, nut/fruit packet, coffee, tea, juice.PETS NOT ALLOWED.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

Located just 5 miles from Fulton, MO and only 20 miles from Columbia, MO and easy access to I70 and Hwy 54

You’ll have the entire lower-level to yourselves to enjoy the comforts of home. Sleep deep with comfy covers—oh, so clean—breakfast ingredients are supplied in fridge. To offset “no cleaning fee” $10 /guest per night--added for each guest after 3rd.

We have a delightful mother-in-law apartment that is perfect for families, business travelers, girls' weekends and more. The space includes two large bedrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), a living room, kitchenette (no oven/stove) and bathroom, and it is fully furnished. We are pet-friendly, but charge an extra $50 to your reservation fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.

The guesthouse is a craftsman style bungalow built in the 1920s. It is located in the historic village of New Franklin, three miles from Boonville, 25 from Columbia and two blocks from the Katy Trail. Casey's General Store is open until 11:30 nightly. Our kitchen is stocked with ample food for a light evening meal and substantial breakfast.
