Newly renovated 3 bedroom house located within walking distance of downtown Elizabeth City and all its amenities. The house has a private patio and street parking. The neighborhood is very family-friendly and walking distance to the boat docks. Elizabeth City is the "Harbor of Hospitality." We are about 45 minutes from the Outer Banks and about 30 minutes from H2Obx water park and 30 minutes from historic Edenton. Virginia Beach is also a short drive from us.

Explore small towns, many events & historic areas, Outer Banks, Virginia Beach, OBX Water Park a short drive away. Boat ramp available.

The Cotton Patch

Unplug at the Cotton Patch. A destination where you can unwind amongst multiple structures with great history that were relocated from the "Sandy Point Camp Ground" years back to this quiet 10 acres of open grass pasture. Located conveniently just off Hwy 32 and Hwy 37 near the Albemarle Sound this location is very easy to get to and yet very quiet. Just 6 miles from downtown historic Edenton where you can tour, sip, dine, and shop near the waterfront.

Water Winds has Beautiful views of Albemarle Sound. Enjoy birding with Bald head eagles and Osprey, often seen in the cypress trees outside the great room.
