Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Open floor plan ground level historic barn turned into an airbnb. All new kitchen area built. Okay fast wifi, Iowa State 10 mins away, Iowa rural but close to ames. Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. Landscaping is pristine with plenty of room to roam, sightsee, and view. Snowmobiles are also welcome in the winter months. Plus, there's a small basketball court and fire pit. Sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 bedrooms and has 3 living rooms with fluffy couches. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, a fire place, and 2 full bathrooms.

With 2 bedrooms and a queen-sized hide-a-bed, this cozy little place will comfortably sleep 5. This quiet neighborhood can be enjoyed hanging out on the front porch or out back on the patio. Washer and dryer downstairs if you need to do laundry and all the necessities to make a meal in the kitchen. Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

Huge 1920s era house in the heart of Perry. Just a few block from downtown, this house is so much larger than it appears. It is newly renovated with 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It has a formal dining room, big kitchen with seating around an island plus a table that seats 6, cozy living room, and sun room. The lot next door is also owned by us and a great place for kids to play. The home is also available for special occasions such as parties and bridal/baby showers.

Just a mile from Seven Oaks Recreation Area! 5 miles west of Boone just off Highway 30, this cute and cozy space offers upscale privacy on a wooded lot within 30 minutes of Ames and 50 minutes from Des Moines. This is a guest house on the same lot as the owners, so pride of ownership abounds. It was originally built for the owners' parents and is universally accessible including extra wide doors, fully accessible kitchen and roll-in shower.
