The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third a twin bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things needed to cook your own meals. Master bath has shower and other bath has tub/shower combo.

The house comes with a 2 car garage, wifi, coffee/tea, a small bar/fridge in the basement as well as a fully stocked kitchen. It has surround system for watching movies, and smart TVs for streaming.

Casa de Cortez

We are in the process of repairing the exterior of the home due to tornado damage. Inside is clean and comfortable, but the outside has some minor damage. We do have a new fence. Our home is clean and comfortable. Perryton is in the process of recovering from the tornado 6/14/2023. All pets must be registered with guests. Guests must bring a crate for pets. Pets should not be allowed in home unsupervised.

Staying longer than 1 night? Message us and we’ll work to get you the best rate possible. Enjoy easy access to Golden Mesa Casino for some games we are a little less than a half a mile away. This tiny house is the perfect place to sneak away and relax. Enjoy our king bed and full size water heater for a nice bath or long shower. We are 420 friendly although we ask that you please not smoke inside the cabin.
