My apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including a 50inch smart tv with Netflix, super fast unlimited broadband, wifi, coffee machine with coffee , tea, sugar and milk, Gas central heating with instant hot water and double glazing.

Takeaways, convenience store and chemist are a 5 minute walk from the premises. There is also forest trails on nearby Kinnoull Hill.

Little Rosslyn

Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

The Lodge, Heath Park

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park which was one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A car parking space is also adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with a new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.

This spacious two bedroom flat sits on the edge of Craigie just a fifteen minute walk to the bustling city centre of Perth. The flat is in a residential block of six but has a private entrance separate from the other apartments. In addition to the interior there is also access to a large outdoor space with a large deck equipped with table and chairs and a flower garden. On street parking is also available.

Located on the second floor in the North West aspect of the Palace and overlooking the Parks, the Balvaird Wing has been newly refurbished offering guests 5 star, luxury accommodation. The Wing sleeps up to six guests in 3 beautifully decorated, en-suite bedrooms and is accessed via external and internal stairs.
