Built in 1895 as a residence for railway workers, this charming signal house nestled between the railway and the beach was fully restored in 2025, preserving its authentic character. The Casello sul Mare boasts a private beach, accessible only from the house with no public access, and a cliffside terrace—perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitifs, or quiet moments of contemplation with a breathtaking sea view. The property is divided into two independent units, each with its own private entrance.

LA FATTORIA SUL MARE - the farmer's house

Just 500 meters from the sea stands LA FATTORIA SUL MARE surrounded by donkeys, goats and chickens, houses for bees. A restored farmhouse consisting of three independent apartments. The farm is equipped with all the comforts to relax, disconnect from everyday stress and provides all the services to make children happy or to work remotely. You can also visit the ancient olive oil mill located on the property (free of charge).

Casa sulla spiaggia 1

Casa sul mare a soli 4 km dal centro di Cefalù ed 1 km da Sant’ Ambrogio. La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!!

The Apartment, which is located 5 km far from Cefalù city centre, is the main floor of Villa Palamara declared of historical-artistic importance. The spot has a courtyard plant with the Villa imposing facade, the family chapel and the other accomodations for rural tourism along its side. The Apartment has an amazing terrace overlooking the sea and the Rocca of Cefalù. The complex has a large pool at the guest’ disposal.

La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.

Una villa con piscina immersa nel verde, dove si può apprezzare la tranquillità della campagna. Casale in pietra con arredamento rustico, ricco di confort e curato nei minimi particolari. C’è molto spazio esterno con parcheggio all’interno della proprietà e molti ulivi secolari e alberi di frutta! La mia villa è più bella di presenza che in foto😊
