Plenty of parking for all your toys and Sunset Marina & beach is 7 min away. You wont want to leave the very serene setting and the lakes views are amazing!

Dale Hollow Lake Cabin

The Dale Hollow Lake Cabin is a place where you can relax, have fun, and enjoy nature to the fullest! This sprawling cabin can comfortably sleep 10, and is equipped with two full bathrooms along with a spacious kitchen and living areas. One of my favorite things about this space is the wrap around deck and hot tub. It also has a fire pit area simply waiting for you to come roast some s’mores and burgers. This cabin is walking distance to the East Port Marina and The Fishers Place restaurant.

Nature Lovers Paradise

Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Dale Hollow Lake- The Lake House w/ Hot Tub

Stay at this peaceful retreat just a short walk from Eastport Marina on Dale Hollow Lake! Spend a day on the lake, (bring a boat or rent one at the marina) explore tons of hiking trails and waterfalls in the area, and relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. This spacious cabin has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8, and has a wrap around porch with rocking chairs and plenty of seating. Inside there’s foosball, air hockey, and board games, and outside there’s cornhole and a fire pit.

Freshly Remodeled House! Overlooks Dale Hollow!

When you arrive to The View At Happy Hollow, a bright and cheerfully remodeled 1440 sq ft house (summer 2024) with a wall of sliding doors to the large 16' X 30' lakeside covered decks on both floors provide a close-up panoramic view of beautiful Dale Hollow Lake from the inside and the outside. All bookings require Copies of Drivers Licenses for all adult guests staying in the property, a signed Rental Agreement and $500 Security Deposit "HOLD" placed on your credit card after booking.

Americana Country Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cabin is perfect to experience the remote quiet life in the country yet it is only 6 miles to the nearest town of Byrdstown TN which is absolutely charming. It still has the southern hospitality in which we all love and endure. This cabin is less than 11 miles from the prestigous Dale Hollow Lake and Sunset Marina where there is a multitude of water activities to do including a sandy beach area at the Obey River Recreation Area.

Rooster Too

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.intended to remind you of my 65 years ago memories at my grandparents place. We do not have a shower and hot water, but this is the way my grandparents lived. We do have great internet and a hotpot and air conditioning. if you can’t live without a daily shower, this isn’t the place for you lol. The main house (Red Rooster Inn) is a little more expensive, but it has 2 full bathrooms. Hope you enjoy peace and quiet!

The Treehouse TN Honeymoon Cabin HOT TUB - in BSF!

A cozy log cabin for two nestled in the trees like your very own adult treehouse with an amazing HOT TUB! Granite & stainless kitchen, FIREPLACE, W/D, KING bed. 55" TV/STREAMING & WiFi w/desk. The two person HOT TUB (with two pumps and 42 jets) snuggles up to a gorgeous hemlock tree. Many squirrels to amuse you! The private porch also has a gas grill, cedar double rocker, & dining. Cabin is between Jamestown & Oneida, in Big South Fork, with numerous trailheads & hiking nearby.

Cottage w/ boat parking, 2.7mi to free boat launch

Located in Byrdstown, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all with convenient on-site parking for vehicles and boat(s), a large fenced in deck & yard and a fully stocked kitchen. A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake. There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi). After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!

Sleepy Hollow Retreat

Enjoy the lovely setting of this quiet spot in nature. 15 minutes to Pickett Park or Twin Arches. Local winery in town is about 10 minutes away. We are about 8 minutes from Walmart and downtown Jamestown. Alvin York Park is about 20 minutes away. South Fork National Park is about 20 minutes away. Pogue Creek State Natural Area is about 10 minutes away. We do have chicken's and bee's. We do sell eggs to our guests at discounted price.
