The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The Campanile apartment consists of a bright living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment can host up to 3 adults, plus 2 children under 12 years old thanks to the sofa-bed in the living room.
