Villa Polykasti on the ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with a fireplace. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds joined together and a bright oak loft equipped with a desk and a sofa bed. The outdoor area is the place for complete relaxation with a view of the beach that is right in front.

Semiramis Aquamarina is the first floor of the Villa's Blu guest apartments. It has a private entrance, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a closet. In the closet there are a hairdryer, an iron for your clothes and an ironing board. The rooms are bright, overlooking the terrace from which you can see the town of Pylos, the sea, the islands and the olive trees of the fascinating Gialova.
