The kitchen appliances are all new and we included an air-fryer and the fridge has filtered water & ice. The bed is a Queen size Dream Cloud and there is a queen airbed for guests. Yes there is a washer & dryer in the unit with all the laundry needs. Your pool is just steps away so we have included pool floats, beach towels, a speaker and a small ice chest for drinks.

In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.

Cougar on the Mountain Casita

Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ

Washing/ dryer machine is also provided for any cleaning.
