**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

Nestled in a small mountain farming community you will find a comfortable place to rest between fishing, hiking, ATV riding, traveling between national parks or all of the above!

Circle Tree Hideout

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

Cozy Cabin near Beaver

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful mountain cabin. This cozy destination is nestled in a wooded forest and is the perfect getaway to just relax or enjoy the nearby trails and reservoirs. Take in the sound of birds from the deck or watch the sunset next to the fireplace. If you need to work or catch up on your to do list we have unlimited Starlink internet. The cabin is located 1/2 mile down a dirt road and best accessible with AWD or 4x4 vehicle although not required in the summer.

The Hut

This unique place has a style all its own. A Quonset hut with a barn-do vibe that will have you coming back again and again to enjoy. Cozy sleeping quarters, large open-living space to gather in, and a modern kitchen with everything you'll need to enjoy your time in this peaceful space. Koosharem is a tiny farming community in Grass Valley, UT. Close to some of the most beautiful scenery on planet earth. National Parks, mountain fishing lakes, endless ATV trails, hiking and biking.

Tubes available to rent next door @ Hoovers also Atvs you will be in the heart of the Puite Atv trail. 2 restaurant are in the Big Rock Candy Mountain canyon within walking distance. This is a small town with 1 cafe, an old time general store and an LDS Chapel. Close by is Fishlake, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Otter Creek & the Puite ATV trails. You can choose to watch TV or use the free WIFI to surf the internet. The apartment is located in Koosharem, Utah. Across the street is the famous Koosharem Café.

Marysvale/Highway89/Bryce/Piute Trail Whole Home

Newly custom rebuilt 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 kitchen home is perfectly situated . The home also features a covered patio and upper deck and plenty of parking! Marysvale is the last town heading towrds I-70 in the heart of the Piute trail system, and the mouth of Bullion Canyon. This former boarding home, the "Lucy Deluke" house, holds interesting stories and a spot in the hearts of old timers in town. We've kept the great views.

Centrally located home in a quiet town surrounded by beautiful mountains and national parks. We also have some of the best fishing & wildlife around. We have room to park (free) multiple vehicles/ATVs. We offer free WiFi, washer/dryer, TV, card and board games.
