The newly remodeled 'Royal Bunkhouse' has an open floorplan, full kitchen, can sleep up to 10, has plenty of parking, and a large inviting covered front porch in the quiet Village of Royal off Highway 20. You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. A small park, roping arena and Royal Bar & Grill are all within walking distance.

Comfortable cottage in Verdigre, walking distance from downtown and all local businesses. Verdigre is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventures including hiking, hunting, fishing, and eagle watching. There’s a small deck on the park side where you can sit and enjoy the weather. There’s also a nice sized front porch to sit and relax on as well. This house is on the Kolace day parade route which is the 2nd weekend in June.

The Llama House-Norfolk

The Llama House-Norfolk is an adorable townhouse that has been updated from top to bottom. Bedrooms include a queen bed and two single beds and the living room has space for three additional sleepers. Kitchen includes all necessities and a fully stocked coffee bar. Location is in a quiet, updated neighborhood but located off a major through street that can quickly get you to anywhere in town! A great stay with the added fun of a scavenger hunt to locate all of our llamas!

Kinsmen Lodge

Kinsmen lodge is located on the outskirts of Niobrara within view of the mighty Missouri River. We have a cabin duplex with each side a roomy 1000 square feet that can accommodate up to 6 guests. They have two bedrooms, private bath and full kitchen with a dining area and family room. Whether you are a group of friends or a family our cabin is built to serve your needs and is within walking distance of groceries, gas and restaurants.

This stylish mid century modern house is centrally located with great views and a large backyard! Bring the family and enjoy the separate tv spaces and bedrooms up and downstairs. The basement offers natural light from the large windows as well as a large tv to enjoy a night in. It is a unique stay with the mid century modern feel preserved in this beautifully remodeled house built in the 1950s. We look forward to hosting you!

The house is spacious enjoy for a weekend get away or a long term stay for windmill/ construction workers we have barn stalls available if you need a place to lay over with animals.
