The house is not too far from the Backwoods Quail Club. You can go to downtown Front Street by the waterways or by car in a short time and have fun-filled day shopping and checking out the local restaurants.

The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories.
