Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Ideal for couples – a cosy spot featuring a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small outdoor area. All places of interest are within a 10–15 minute stroll. Free parking is available nearby.

Huset ligger bakom den livliga huvudgatan, Calle Miguel, i den pittoreska Gamla Stan, bara ett stenkast från den vackra kyrkan vid kyrktorget. Huset är fullt utrustat med alla köksredskap du behöver för att laga både frukost, lunch och middag. På terrassen finns ett matbord med stolar, solstolar och en lounge-soffa för avkopplande stunder.

Located in Altea, Alicante, close to Benidorm and Calpe, the apartment has 1 bed (with new updated mattress from June 2024) and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a beautiful balcony with an incredible view of the mountains and sea, perfect for a quick trip to the beach. It’s only 200 meters from the old town and 600 meters from the beach. Easy to park outside for free.
