Spacious, one-bedroom apartment located in the most prefered area of te city, 20m from the sea. Several bars and restaurants with a wide food and drinks variety are reached within walking distance. The cities Amphitheatre and the Archeological Museum are olso situated in the area, respectively 5 and 2 minutes from the accomodation. Luxury apartment on the beach

The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood. While you take your walk to the beach in the morning, the fresh aroma of the pine trees will wake you up. The beach is quite spacious, and many bars and restaurants offer they services. To take into consideration is that for good quality grocery shopping the nearest market is 2,3 km away; while the nearest bank ATM is 3 minutes on foot
