The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.

Spring : birds/wildflowers, Summer-lake time, Fall -aspens, Winter- xc skiing at Lake Davis. VERY NARROW STAIRCASE. Wifi is not great.
