This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Like a tropical paradise. It’s got all the amenities of a modern home with delightful arts and crafts touches and a sun-drenched garden with a full-size pool. There’s a spacious eat-in kitchen and lounge as well as two medium-size bedrooms with comfortable en-suite bathrooms. Outside there are views of the lush garden, salt water pool and glimpses of Table Mountain. The sheltered deck is a comfortable spot to enjoy the afternoon sun.

There is a fridge, microwave, stove and kettle in the lounge/kitchen area. Beautiful pool for guests enjoyment. Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.
