A comfy 1 Bedroom and lounge space for you to relax and unwind after a busy day, out seeing all the great sights Auckland has to offer, or visiting friends or relatives in the area. Or even going to support your favourite sports team at Eden Park or a fantastic concert. The Kingsland Suite is situated down a quiet side street only minutes from the vibrant Kingsland shops.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, more homely than flash. Own entrance, private garden setting, fenced pool and deck. TV, fan and air con. Separate sitting room with sofa bed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchenette is very small but functional, with fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and electric fry pan (no cooker). It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

Bright, clean & cosy, sliding doors open onto a private deck. Our studio is not set up for self-catering but you can make a simple breakfast & we are very close to great cafes/bars/food stores. Set back from the street the studio is quiet and secure. Free parking on street. Bus stop 5minutes walk. Our cosy studio is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers who want a relaxing, private spot as a base while exploring Grey Lynn, Ponsonby & the city. Close to City & Eden Park.

We have a self contained Unit which has two Queen sized bedrooms with it's own bathroom, living area has a double sofa bed with a kitchenette (which has fridge, microwave, bench top conventional oven, Air fryer, Induction hot plate, fry pan, pots and pans, sandwich press, rice cooker, jug and toaster and BBQ). Great for business travellers or holiday guests. Unit is very private and easy parking and close to Auckland City and all motorways.

Close enough to all Auckland attractions and yet enjoy the suburban quiet. Close to the Zoo, Eden Park, Western Springs Park and Stadium, Motat, Supermarket, Cafe's! Lovely area, free fast Fibre WiFi Minutes walk to Grey Lynn and West Lynn boutique cafes, restaurants and clothing stores. Ample free street parking.

Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.

Our place is waterfront, close to parks and great views. The bay we're situated at is tidal, and there is a lovely boardwalk close by. You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambiance, and the location. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids older than 7 years). We have a Jack Russell dog and a cat.
