The kitchen is fresh, modern and fully appointed with a large table suitable for a family dinner or coffee and conversation. There are three well appointed bedrooms and an office with daybed. Three bathrooms mean no waiting. The large fenced back yard keeps your 4 legged family members safe.

Located on a quiet road in a private subdivision. All the comforts' of home.The apartment is a basement apartment with its own ground floor entrance. Plenty of parking in front of the entrance to apartment. Clean, warm, comfortable and newly renovated. My husband and I are located upstairs.
