First floor has queen master bed. / bath and there's a cozy private queen sofa bed downstairs in a private space (half bath mid level) . You have the private parking and yard in the front of house. Quiet neighborhood beautiful and relaxing surroundings, totally private and never rented to more than one family.

The Garden level of the house and deck are for your enjoyment—separate stairs to your private entrance and patio.
