It is nestled on the edge of a five acre field, surrounded by an additional forty wooded acres with a creek, a pond, and hiking trails. A place like none other, the cottage is hand built by your host, Jeremiah, with lumber milled on site. It offers luxurious amenities, privacy, is a short drive from many amazing outdoor experiences, minutes from Lake Ocoee or downtown Cleveland and 45 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

Mamaw and Papaw's is not your average home in the national forest. When you visit, you'll feel transported back in time to a place of comfort, love, and joy through the collection of creature comforts from our parents and our grandparents. Mamaw and Papaw's is a quiet, peaceful and comfortable place to rest, work, and play. We are a growing homestead with work in progress spaces, like a vegetable garden.
