"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after .

En la primera planta hay una sala de estar , un dormitorio y un baño. Hay dos terrazas en la parte delantera de la casa y otra en el primer piso, ambas disponen de mobiliario de madera. El jardín está compuesto por plantas autóctonas como el romero, limoneros, olivos...
