Kangurra House is located in central Halls Gap, a kilometre from the Halls Gap Village, at the foothills of the Grampians National Park. "Kennebec" homestead is all yours! We have lovingly restored (& added a bit of modern luxury) this 1902 homestead which was build by our great grandfather. Located 13km from Dunkeld, the southern gateway to the Grampians, and 20km from Hamilton. "Kennebec" now offers the homestead which sleeps 6, the "Family Studio Suite" which sleeps 4 & our beautiful studio space which is perfect for brides getting ready, large family gatherings or workshops/crafting weekends with your friends.

There are four bedrooms available: a Queen bed room with ensuite, two King bed rooms and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a barbecue and pizza oven on the back verandah that guests are able to use, and two 6-seater tables: one on the deck with a market umbrella; the other under a beautiful shady tree to the side of the deck. Both with sweeping views of Mt Abrupt and beyond. There is also a fire pit available for guest use and a brand new spa.
