Tucked away along the old railway track, with countryside views to the rear, old-world charm, two wood heaters, and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen, offering a relaxing & peaceful country getaway. Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. Parking is on the street or the grassed nature strip.
