Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10.45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
