Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Prahran speaks for itself....but this bright studio apartment offers all that you need...double bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle, coffee machine, bar bench and double sofa, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, separate bathroom, parking space below, a place to hang your bike, laneway access... The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception. Enjoy the serenity of being hidden away whilst still in the heart of Prahran. Access is via the rear lane with a car park with pin security access / remote. TreeHouse is totally private for your enjoyment...but we are not far away if needed. The treehouse is close to cafes and public transport. Venture out to the Royal Botanic Gardens, St Kilda beach, or to Chapel Street for both high-end and vintage shopping. Explore Prahran and discover its hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Our place has free secure basement parking, located just across the road from the BEACH, and a 150 metre stroll to Fitzroy Street and Acland Street. You’ll love our place because of the great location for beach activities, festivals, cafes and restaurants and near Albert Park and Catani Gardens. The apartment is freshly renovated with a beautiful private balcony. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers but can sleep up to four with a new leather pullout sofabed.
