Perched in an elevated position on Queen’s Promenade, Belavista is a spacious holiday apartment offering spectacular views across the Douglas Bay. The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Orchard Cottage at Ballawyllin Farm

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

This homely 1 bedroom studio is a perfect solution for your visit to the Isle of Man. It is special place which is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, tourist attractions making it easy to plan your visit be it biking, walking or exploring the Old Capital of Mann (Castletown). The Signet Studio is 5 minutes from the airport and well connected to a frequent bus service. Demesne is a comfortable double bedroom self-catering apartment with Smart TV & Wifi, just 5 minutes away from the beach and Douglas’ downtown village attractions and amenities. Within easy walking distance is the sandy beach at the Promenade, the pretty harbour, the village's Isle of Man Steam Railway station and local shops, restaurants and cafes. The rest of the island is easy to discover from here too, as a bus stop is located just around the corner!

The amazing sea views are ever changing, watch the sail boats/ferries/fishing boats and the occasional cruise ship arrive in port. All rooms are modern/bright and oversized. An optional 2nd bedroom that shares the main bathroom is available for families (see 2 bed option). Please note that I only take minimum one week bookings in school holiday periods.
