Window unit air conditioners in living room and both bedrooms. New 43” TVs in the living room and main bedroom. WiFi. New sheets and towels. Basic supplies provided. Off-Street parking.

Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Cottage in the Woods built with our own hands!

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

Cozy charming one bedroom suite.

Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
