Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Our 3 story house comes with 4 double bedrooms (1 double & 3 SUPER KING size beds), 2 shower rooms & 1 bathroom. 0.5 miles (10 min walk) from Wales's popular beach & Coney beach fairground. The home has high end fittings, a modern kitchen & good garden space. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.

Our Cabin with private garden and balcony overlooking the river, is a peaceful place to relax. If you like to be close to nature, there are lovely walks on the doorstep, as well as beautiful beaches a short drive away. Please note the cabin may not be right for you if you're looking for self-catering accommodation. We offer 'kitchenette' facilities, with fridge, kettle, toaster, and microwave, but no hob, oven or kitchen sink. Washing up essentials are provided for use in the bathroom sink.

Double bed in corner of room (not suitable >2 people), bureau and sofa. Tea and coffee making facilities. Private wet room with shower. No kitchen. Clothes rail in passageway. It’s on one level, has its own entrance, separate and private for sole use of guests. Sole use of enclosed front garden. Dog friendly.

A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

Bright and airy, 2 bedroom bungalow on a quiet private road. Fully enclosed rear garden & decked area. Beds can be 2 doubles or a double and 2 singles. The kitchen has all you’ll need. The lounge has smart TV, DVD, a library of 100+ sea films and a fab wood stove. One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.

From the Annexe you could take a walk into Porthcawl town to peruse the local shops or spend the day on one of the many blue flag beaches South Wales has to offer. You could visit the local pub for a cheeky drink before sampling some of Porthcawl's award winning fish and chips! Or just spend your holiday relaxing and enjoying the hot tub . A “tee off” away from the prestigious Royal Porthcawl golf club. Follow the coastal path into Porthcawl town to bars and restaurants along the seafront. Use this home as a base to visit many other coastal beaches within the region. Does not offer a sea view, but who wants to be inside when the beach is on your doorstep.

Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walks on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, TV, DVDs & books for cosy nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!
