The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Stonehouse is a wonderful two floor residence that combines both the traditional and modern element, providing all comforts for a unique accommodation in Samos island. The newly build bungalow is located on top of the little hill Puntes and offers 180 degrees of oceanic view over the aegean sea, the turkish coast and the Boat Marina beneath. Just outside the bungalow is a beautiful terrace enabling you allocating your vacation outside. It offers shade for sitting outside and enjoying the terrific view. The private swimming pool ensuite causes a calm atmosphere, which will make your stay unforgettable.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
