Dream house, in stone, like all, and with modern design, with a rustic touch. It offers two bedrooms and a complete bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, be dazzled and enjoy the beautiful and large balcony where you can relax on the loungechairs or dine al fresco, with an amazing view of the canal and the whole island of São Jorge. It should be noted that, taking into account that the two floors are connected by an interior staircase, it is not advisable for families with young children. It also has a totally unobstructed view of the bays and parishes of the beautiful and indented north coast of Pico on your left.The interior space, in open spacestyle ,is modern and relaxed sophisticated, with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left side you will experience a sunset of those surreal and sublime - perfect and unforgettable. All rooms with a view and the living room with ceiling-to-floor glass sliding doors that open the interior to the exterior. Bearing in mind that Casa do Ilhéu is on a slope, it is not recommended for people with motor difficulties and small children. Canto do Nemo

We are a Portuguese family that knows all the islands of the Azores, and completed in August 2018 this retreat, to get away from our busy lives in London. Until the day comes that we can enjoy it full time, we have decided to share the amazing space we have created with others that love the nature, mountain and sea that is always surrounding us. The house is within Prainha, the most beautiful parish of Pico Island, and within close proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and bakery.

A casa "Vinea Lava" fica a 25 km do Aeroporto do Pico, a 15 Km do porto de cruzeiros de São Roque do Pico com ligações diárias para a ilha de São Jorge, Faial e outras, a 3 km de Centro de mergulho em Santo Amaro, a 300 m de Piscina natural excelente e do mar cristalino e puro, a 1 km do centro da freguesia, de mercado, cafés, restaurante, padaria, multibanco jardim. A cerca de 3 km encontra-se o parque de merendas do Mistério da Prainha, praia da "Baia de Canas" e praia da "Baia da Areia".
