Village Des Iles - Pool Villa

This unique villa is located on a hillside on large private property of 7 acres. The villa has a 270 degree sea view of St Pierre Island, Curieuse Island, Cote d'or and Anse Boudin beaches. The villa has a private infinity swimming pool of 35 m2 from where 12 islands can be seen. A gazebo and BBQ area allows for outdoor relaxing, dining and socialising. The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

There's two grocery stores close by,one across the street and the other, 1 minute walk away .

This holiday home is part of a family-run accommodation with only three traditional chalets in a large garden. As of 01st August 2023 an Tourism Environmental Levy Tax is applicable to guest at Sr 25 per head per day which will be charge upon the stay on the property. Child below 12yrs and cabin crews are free of charge
