The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Welcome to Pri Karlu Rooms & More. The Twin room offers a lovely garden view and flexible bedding arrangements—two separate beds that can be placed together but do not form a double bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hairdryer. Enjoy modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and access to a shared refrigerator. Guests can relax on the shared terrace and enjoy a buffet breakfast or à la carte dinner at the on-site restaurant.

Tourist farm Pungračič | Room 7 in Wineyard + SPA

Our farm is located in Haloze, more precisely in the region of Zavrč, right on the border with Croatia. It consists of 14 ha of land, most of which is planted with vineyards. The rest of it is used for cultivation of food needed for our tourist farm. We mostly offer home-grown food, prepared in the traditional Slovenian way – in the masonry (brick) oven. We can accommodate up to nine people in five traditionally furnished rooms. Every room also has a tv and their own bathroom.

Fani&Rozi stands out with its unique location on the Drava promenade in the heart of medieval Maribor. Our guests have exceptional views of the wide river and its bridges, the Renaissance fortification Judgement Tower, the Minorite monastery and the giant oak, which is the oldest tree in the city centre. The Romantic Double Room is an attic room suitable for younger guests who do not mind the slopes. The equipment is special. All our rooms include a delicious local breakfast.

Unit has two separate rooms with two single beds and private bathroom. Breakfast is included in price. In the guest house, you can enjoy traditional Slovenian food. We accept also larger groups up to 300 people. We offer the accommodation in 5 rooms and 1 apartment, where up to 15 people can be accommodated. There is also a common area with barbecue.
