The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

The lake is a magnet for wildlife but shallow and not a good fishing lake but there are some good fishing lakes nearby.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

Entire 1500 sq ft private guest suite/walkout basement w/ private entry just a couple of miles from all that the Lake Minnetonka & Chanhassen area have to offer including Paisley Park. Includes a private bedroom with queen bed & a separate sleeping room with two twin beds (double blackout curtain - no door on room), private full bath, kitchenette, family room surround TV system, Foosball & pool table. Shared backyard oasis w/ patio, grille, hot tub & fire pit.
